Neptune Society Tennessee Locations

I have had the experience of being able to use the Neptune Society of Nashville/Brentwood in August 2020 for my dad and in March 2021 for my mom. I highly recommend them. The process is easy and they take the stress out of having to deal with arrangements unless you choose to have a service of some kind. I am so thankful my parents had already prepaid and had this all set up and left me with one less thing I had to do. They are very reasonably priced, and if you set it up in advance, they used to set up a payment plan, they did for my dad, so I am guessing they still do. It is the way to do things!

My experience with them was very smooth and I felt very cared for through the whole process. The staff is an amazing group of individuals that really take what they do seriously. They are very caring and professional and will make sure the process is as easy for you as it can be. It was a difficult time but working with them made it easier than I thought it would be. Thank you Neptune Society. 💜

Neptune Society and in particular Tommy Emerson were very easy to talk to. We felt this was what would be best for our family and make things easier for them when the time comes.

I can’t say enough amazing things about The Neptune Society. I recently lost my brother and my parents asked me to look for someone to take care of him. I contacted The Neptune Society and spoke with Lori. She’s an absolute angel! She explained everything to me in a way that was plain, simple, and easy to understand. When I had any contact with any of the staff members, they were VERY caring and understanding of my loss. I recommend them to anyone who needs their services. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

My father died during the COVID-19 pandemic.  Sara was very helpful in getting things arranged for me.  Since we could not travel to Nashville to meet in person, she set up a meeting with me over Facebook Messenger.  She explained all the paperwork and was very nice and polite.  She asked me many times if I was ok and if I needed anything.  I highly recommend the Neptune Society and Sara in particular!

At a time of loss when I was so devastated, Lori Gregory was assuring and comforting. She took the time to explain details and made sure I knew what needed to be done. I’m so thankful that we chose to prepay our plans with Neptune.

My brother past away in February. Lori Gregory helped us get through a difficult time. She worked beyond what her job was to help get things took care of for my brother. She was caring and understanding. She showed compassion in our time of need. I can’t think her enough for all she has done.

Words can’t express the great care I received when my father passed away from the outstanding folks at the Brentwood TN location. Lori Gregory was nothing short of an angel. She and her staff were kind, understanding and walked me through the entire process flawlessly.

Compared to some of these reviews, I must have dealt with a different Neptune Society. Everyone I met, from the first phone call to the sit-down to arrange everything, everyone was supportive. As for the price as one review expressed, We wanted the absolute basic, not because of me being cheap, we’re following my wife’s request. The cost here was over a $1,000.00 cheaper.

Neptune Society recently took care of the cremation of my husband Virgil. Gregory Crouse was very professional and took care of the details that I was so grateful for. It was a very difficult time for me and I and his son and daughter were relieved to have Neptune Society handle every detail from having my dearly departed’s body picked up at Hospice to my picking up the urn with his ashes intact.

I have recommended to a friend to think about Neptune if they are considering prepaying for cremation.

Gregg and his team were wonderful in dealing with the necessary arrangements for my sisters passing and I’m satisfied with my services provided.

The kindness, caring, professionalism, and dedication of Gregory Crouse in the Nashville, TN office would be almost impossible to surpass! He is truly a joy to work within a time of great need and sadness. He answers his phone, so you don’t have to be put on hold or a callback. He responds promptly to emails, even on weekends! The handling of my daughter’s cremation and ashes was done in such a respectful, dignified, and timely manner. Greg is wonderful! The Nashville office and Neptune Society should count their lucky stars to have such a great employee! I would give the Neptune Society and this Nashville office 10 stars if I could!

We contacted a local representative through the telephone telling that we were interested in cremation. Jennifer from Neptune Society came out and told us about the program. She was very thorough, and when we had a few follow-up questions, she jumped right on. Jennifer did an excellent job, and their presentation, the size of the organization, and the geographic region were really impressive. I had a feeling of stability about the company, and so we signed up. I wrote a note to the president of their organization. There is a local guy just outside of Knoxville that did a really good turnkey service. We simply had to provide him a cement formation and he took it from there. The overall scope and smoothness of Neptune Society’s services were excellent. We are very pleased with them. I will get myself on the program whenever I need it.

Cremation is a topic that we usually don’t want to talk about, but there are ways to reduce the stress and make arrangements ahead of time in an economical fashion. We availed of Neptune Society’s pre-planning service and it was worthwhile. My wife was a temporary employee there and everything was great with our experience. Their team was very efficient and our customer service rep, Beth, was very good at what she did. She explained everything to us, gave us the right information, and let us make our own decision.

My family utilized the services of Neptune Society in October 2017. It was a difficult time but the caring and attentive staff made the situation much easier for us.

Our Sales Manager, Beth, guided us expertly thru the signup process after explaining all the options/choices we needed to make. We had some information prior to the decision meeting but it was reassuring to know that all our questions were answered professionally and with confidence as we completed the signing process. My husband and I were able to meet our new Neptune Society counselor at a local coffee spot recently. The meeting was very relaxed and she was also very informative walking us through everything. It feels very good to know we have everything taken care of and our children won’t have to make those decisions. Thanks.

Using Neptune Society’s preplanning services has been reassuring and a great relief. My wife passed away just before midnight of Thanksgiving. I called their receptionist at 2:00 AM, and it was very nice. The next morning, Thanksgiving morning, they called me and set up an appointment. I wanted the service to be done by Sunday and our rep assured me that he’d get it done by then and he did. He also took care of everything in terms of ashes.

Been meaning to share a Positive experience with my services provided by Greg and the staff at Neptune society in Brentwood. Handling most of my needs over the phone I was consistently treated like I was the only one they were helping, and that felt pretty amazing. I honestly thought the whole process would be a nightmare, so Thank You guys for a job well done.

I would like to thank Neptune Society of Nashville for the Excellent Job that was done regarding my wife’s cremation and funeral. Neptune Society did a great turnkey job and helped me through a very difficult time. I especially wanted to thank Greg for the Outstanding Job he did.

Greg and the staff at Neptune Society in Brentwood were completely professional and helpful from day one. We, unfortunately, lost both parents within 8 months and Greg was very caring and thoughtful. He made the process very easy and provided a lot of useful information for our plans to take ashes to another state. When I needed more certificates, he was able to get those to be extremely fast. I would absolutely recommend this company 100%.

My wife Nancy passed away November 22, 2017, the night before Thanksgiving. We had signed up with the Neptune Society in 2009. I just can’t say enough good about how well I was treated by the Nashville office, specifically Gregory Crouse. The cremation occurred in time for the interment service at our church, and Greg was completely compassionate about my needs. I felt that the remembrances (lockets for daughter and granddaughter) were beautiful and priced appropriately. A wonderful experience all around, and it made the death of my wife a little easier to handle.

Beth ** was the representative for Neptune and she was amazing!! I received my box and instructions in a few days and it really eased my mind to know everything is taken care of for my family. I will recommend Neptune Society to everyone!

My wife and I had experience with her Dad and younger brother purchasing services from The Neptune Society. The way they took care of everything during such a difficult time making it an easy choice for us to go within pre-planning our funeral arrangements.

This office was extremely helpful with my husbands passing. The man I spoke to was empathetic and really smoothly transitioned my paperwork into working cremation, with the help of my daughter. I have already told some of my friends who I went with in middle Tennessee and encouraged them to make a plan. Would recommend fully.

My husband and I purchased Neptune Society (NS) services back when we were young and immortal. Recently, my husband passed away and my first thought was panic…then I remembered I had put all the NS stuff in with our trust.
When I dialed the number listed in LARGE (thank you) numbers, I had no idea of what to expect. I needn’t have worried. They came promptly and explained the process and gave me phone numbers for questions, etc.

They were compassionate but professional and handled everything for me quickly and perfectly.

They are a blessing when you are in so much pain.

When my father passed away… it fell to me to work with Neptune…enter Coco into my life at a time I needed her most! Her calm manner coupled with her knowledge and expertise kept our family on track during a very difficult time. She handled everything with professionalism, compassion and effciency. She was a rock for me, my sister and my step-mother.

When he died, I went to meet with the funeral home director again and loved her. I told her stories about him and we laughed and I cried. Coco has stayed in touch with me to see how I am doing. I feel that the family members are very very important to her. I cannot recomend Neptune more highly.
