Planning my pre-need arrangements was an easy experience. All of my concerns were addressed and my adviser was very knowledgeable in regard to my specific desired plans. Knowing that my family will not need to arrange or pay for my final expenses has provided a high level of comfort for me.

My mother had done the prepayment for her cremation. Julie was so professional and polite that when it was all done and over with, I decided to do the pre-need plan as well so my son would not someday have to worry about what to do when I leave this earth. Our folks had made pre-arrangements with the Neptune Society for their final wishes. It was a huge relief to have had this done and when we did need the Neptune Society for my Father, Robert Lynn, everything went flawlessly. I have talked to Rachel Dickensheets. She is very knowledgeable about cremation pre-planning.  Don't wait until the last minute. You will be very at ease when you talk to her. It will take a lot of pressure off of your family when the time comes.

I was exceptionally pleased with Julie's service. We purchased our policy in 2004 and had added travel protection since we traveled abroad at that time. We never used that aspect, but it was so appreciated to have all the cremation activities and notifications handled very professionally. Whenever quick delivery was needed, Julie provided overnight service. We ended up with no extra costs since we used our local place of worship and the VA for burial. I was very glad to be able to sit down and discuss the services with Rachel Dickensheets. Of course, I knew what cremation was but I had no idea of the benefits of using the Neptune Society. It's more than just an end to life function. It is a way to completely plan out your wishes so your family does not have to worry. Husband died suddenly 01/12/2018. I knew to tell the hospital to call Neptune. My best friends husband had died suddenly 6 months before and she had a positive response and service through Neptune. Neptune did their very best for me too. I will always be grateful for their professionalism and sincere warmth and diligence in providing the care and support I needed at this most difficult time. My father had previously made arrangements with the Neptune Society and when he recently passed, the Neptune Society took care of every aspect of the process. I spoke to a representative prior to his passing and made sure everything was in order and they took over from there. Everything was done in a professional manner and the staff was invaluable in assisting me in this process. When I arrived to collect his remains, I continued to be treated with kindness and compassion from the entire staff. It was a pleasure to do business with this company.

My mother recently passed away and just prior to her passing, we learned that she had, years prior, made arrangements through the Neptune Society, to be cremated. Following her passing, our first meeting was with Julie in the KC office. We found our dealings with Julie and the Neptune Society to be highly professional. We give them high ratings. Julie was very responsive and the services provided by them were exactly what my mother had contracted for. If you find you need this service, I would recommend them. We had an excellent experience.

We have had a Neptune contract for 12 or 14 years now. My husband passed away 4 weeks ago and our contract with Neptune was carried out to the fullest. His body was picked up from the nursing home, cremated and ashes delivered to me in less than 3 weeks. The only thing I was not prepared for was having to pay the cost of delivering his ashes to my home. I think this cost should have been covered by the contract. All in all it was as good experience as could be ask for during a stressful time.

I asked a friend how things went with Neptune Society and he said fine. His mother had a prepaid kind of arrangement. It's not so much what we like. It's just good for the rest of the family where you say, "Hey, make a phone call and everything is taken care of." My dad had signed up with Neptune Society and it was through him that I heard about them. Their team was great. They helped see me through everything and they took control so I appreciate it. They were very good and helpful.

We called Neptune Society and they sent a rep and I was happy with the program that was put out. So far, it worked fine. They've all been wonderful and they had worked so hard with me.
