It gave me and my husband peace of mind to know that cremation services were planned for and prepaid so that at the time of his death, there were several tasks that I did not have to worry about. Neptune Society staff has been very helpful during a very stressful time.

We used Neptune for both of my parents a couple of years apart. My Dad was an Army veteran and they helped arrange the memorial flag. The process was very easy & comforting. So much so that I made pre-arrangements for myself. My Mom’s passing was more sudden & Neptune’s representative was again very comforting. They provided grief counseling numbers for family members who are having a hard time. I definitely recommend the service.

Kelly with Neptune Society was a wonderful help and compassionate at this difficult time with the loss of our 4-month-old granddaughter.  They took care of everything for us and made this difficult matter a lot easier for us.  I had never dealt with a cremation process before, but they explained everything and took care of things.  They had a package plan that included everything and never tried to sell anything extra.  The urn we were supposed to get, was not going to be in time for the Funeral Mass, but Kelly took care of everything and actually gave us another urn to use for the Mass.  Thank you, Kelly and Neptune Society.

Top-notch and professional. I called Neptune Society during the height of the COVID -19 pandemic due to the unexpected passing of my mother. My mom never had any funeral arrangements and when you lose a loved one, being the only child, I didn’t know where to turn and find out what to do. My mom passed on a Monday evening and we contacted them early Tuesday morning and received a call back from funeral director Ren. She was a blessing. They picked my mom’s body up from the hospital Tuesday evening and began the process and explained the details perfectly. Ren was very professional and compassionate and made the experience much easier than expected. Overall great experience, highly recommend.

Cremation Process. This was hard losing my brother. I’m glad we chose Neptune. Ashley was kind, responsive, and answered my questions before I asked them. She handled everything so I could grieve without interference.

When my mom passed away, it is hard enough dealing with my personal emotions. My mom’s wishes were to be cremated, so my brother and I followed her wishes and contacted Neptune. Amy was very comforting and made us feel like my mother was just as important to them as she was to me. Throughout the burial and grieving process, Elizabeth has contacted me on several occasions to offer help and grief consoling. All of which I never thought they’d do or even have to do. I lost my daughter rather suddenly when she developed a disease requiring an organ transplant and so we wound up in a city far from a family were, unfortunately, she died before the transplant was possible. One of her brothers searched for cremation services online and we happily discovered the Neptune Society. Once we were able to speak directly with the staff of the Neptune Society, it was smooth sailing. They were excellent in their assistance, advice, practical and useful information, and we found their pleasant and genuine tone uplifting. We had lots of issues, being out of state, and they handled every detail without a bump.  At no time did they attempt to upsell us anything we didn’t directly request. They were transparent about pricing and we found the cost extremely reasonable. They let us know when the cremation was occurring and contacted us again to pick up her ashes (our choice; they would have shipped them had we requested). That experience was also excellent. We simply felt we were in the hands of empathetic, friendly and supportive professionals who knew what they were doing. I would recommend them without reservation to anyone who chooses cremation.

Amy Delery and the staff at Neptune Society did a wonderful job helping us manage the cremation of my brother-in-law from 1300 miles away. Being totally unfamiliar with the process of how to go about cremating someone, we relied totally on Amy to educate us and walk us through the process. Our many questions were promptly and capably answered and we were extremely satisfied with the results. We would highly recommend Amy and her staff.

Upon arriving at the Neptune Society, located at 3801 Williams Blvd in Kenner, La 70065. My two daughters and I knew we were in the right place. All staff members we had contact with were very professional and courteous.They walked me through the difficult process of cremation arrangements for my loving wife, Susan **. No high-pressure sales tactics. I will contact these wonderful team members about my arrangements.

Ren is a treasure at this location, her professionalism and manner are exactly what folks need. Dealing with death is never easy and add that I am in California makes things just a bit more challenging. These kind people are top notch.

I was treated with the kindest, respectful, and compassion. I had never had any dealings with cremation. Rhen went above and beyond to make sure all my questions were answered to the fullest. I felt very comfortable with my son’s remains being taken care by Neptune. This was my first time to use this type of service. Ren and staff were great from the first phone call..at the time of visit to discuss details; Ren was very professional yet still conveyed a feeling of caring for the family. Very organized and detailed. Very open to questions. No pressure to purchase anything that we didn’t want….at this time that was a great relief for the family. The follow up after the cremation has also been superb. .still a feeling of caring.  I do not hesitate in putting my personal trust in their hands at my time…can’t say enough good words.

The day my family found out my brother wasn’t going to make it we knew we wanted to have him cremated but had no idea where to start. When I contacted Neptune’s I was greeted with answers to questions I didn’t even know to ask. After speaking with Rob I called him multiple times throughout the night with more questions to which he answered without hesitation. When we were came upon obstacles which made us think we would not be able to go forward with the cremation Rob transferred me to a wonderful lady, Mrs. Ren. She contacted whomever she needed to, and took the burden off my family during this difficult time and made it possible to follow through with the wishes of the family to have my brother cremated. She let us know what would be going on every step of the way which is exactly what we needed being that we had no idea what to expect. She notified us as soon as his remains were available for pick up and was made available as soon as we were ready to transfer him to his permanent urn. I would highly recommend Neptunes to anyone who is looking to have a loved one cremated or looking to plan ahead for yourself or a loved one. They are very affordable and you get so much more than just a service provided from them. They are there for you every step of the way.

I writing to share my experience with this company. It was a very sad time and Ren made it easy. I was afraid that there would be high pressure to buy, buy, buy. Don’t get me wrong- we were offered all their services but in a way that it was our choice to choose what we wanted and could afford. Our choice – no pressure. No push to rush us through. Scheduling according to our needs. Because of this experience both my husband and I are finally addressing our final needs. We will be contacting Ren to walk us through it so our children won’t have any issues when the time comes. In our eyes ya’ll rated a 10 star. Thanks so much for your time and patience.
