Gather The Necessary Information

Neptune Society, doctors, state agencies, and other officials require the following information in order to proceed with cremation:

• Date of birth and birthplace
• Social Security number
• Father’s name and state of birth
• Mother’s maiden name and state of birth
• Form DD-214 (if deceased was a veteran)
• A copy of the driver’s license

Driving Directions to Our Office:

From Interstate 5 Northbound:

Take exit #132/WA-16 West/Gig Harbor/Bremerton/South 38^th Street toward Gig Harbor/Bremerton/WA-16/Tacoma Mall/South 38^th Street West. Continue westbound until you reach South Pine Street stoplight and turn right. We are on the left side of the street.

From Interstate 5 Southbound:

Take exit #132A/South 38^th Street/Tacoma Mall onto South 38^th Street West/Tacoma Mall. Turn slightly right from the off ramp. Continue westbound until you reach South Pine Street stoplight and turn right. We are on the left side of the street.

From 167 Southbound:

Take WA-167 S toward Tacoma. Merge onto WA-18 West toward I-5 South/Federal Way. Merge onto I-5 Southbound toward Tacoma/Portland. Take exit #132A/South 38^th Street/Tacoma Mall onto South 38^th Street West/Tacoma Mall. Turn slightly right from the off ramp. Continue westbound until you reach South Pine Street stoplight and turn right. We are on the left side of the street.

From East Pierce County:

Take WA-410 West, and continue onto WA-167 South. Bear left onto WA-167 South toward Puyallup/Tacoma. Turn right onto River Road (WA-167). Take left ramp onto I-5 South toward Portland/Olympia. Take exit #132A/South 38^th Street/Tacoma Mall onto South 38^th Street West/Tacoma Mall. Turn slightly right from the off ramp. Continue westbound until you reach South Pine Street stoplight and turn right. We are on the left side of the street.

From East King County:

Take I-405 South, then continue onto WA-518 West. Take the I-5 South/Portland exit onto I-5 South. Take exit #132A/South 38^th Street/Tacoma Mall onto South 38^th Street West/Tacoma Mall. Turn slightly right from the off ramp. Continue westbound until you reach South Pine Street stoplight and turn right. We are on the left side of the street.

From the Tacoma Narrows Bridge:

Take WA-3 South to WA-16 East to cross Tacoma Narrows Bridge. After crossing the bridge, take right ramp 1-B and follow signs for South Union Avenue. Turn right onto South Union Avenue. Proceed to South 38^th Street and turn left. Proceed on South 38^th Street to stoplight at South Pine Street and turn left. We are on the left side of the street.
