  • Get on the Causeway Bridge and continue to Causeway Blvd.
  • From Causeway Blvd. take a right onto W. Esplanade Ave.
  • Continue from W. Esplanade Ave. to Williams Blvd.
  • Take a right onto Williams Blvd. Continue two blocks down Williams Blvd.
  • Take a left onto 38th St.
  • We’re at the corner of 38th St. and Williams Blvd.

From the Westbank:

  • Take the Westbank Expressway/US-90 BUS E to the GNO/Crescent City Connection Bridge.
  • Continue across the GNO/Crescent City Connection Bridge and onto US-90 BUS E towards I-10.
  • From US-90 BUS E, continue onto I-10 W towards Baton Rouge.
  • Continue on I-10 W until you reach the Williams Blvd. exit, which comes up quickly after the Power Blvd. exit.
  • Exit onto Williams Blvd. veering towards the right when it splits, and continue on Williams Blvd. until you come to 38th St., which is two blocks past W. Esplanade Ave.
  • Take a left onto 38th St. We’re at the corner of 38th St. and Williams Blvd.

From New Orleans/Metairie:

  • Get on I-10 W headed towards Baton Rouge, and continue on I-10 W until you reach the Williams Blvd. exit, which comes up quickly after the Power Blvd. exit.
  • Exit onto Williams Blvd. veering towards the right when it splits, and continue on Williams Blvd. until you come to 38th St., which is two blocks past W. Esplanade Ave.
  • Take a left onto 38th St., and we’re at the corner of 38th St. and Williams Blvd.

Ren A. Mayeaux

Service Manager

Ren Mayeaux graduated from Delgado Community College in New Orleans with and Associate’s degree in in Funeral Service. She joined the Neptune Society team in 2015 and has since held many positions within the company, including assisting in the training of new service managers across the country and being general manager over both sales and service, before settling into the role of service manager to pursue her passion of helping families in their time of need.


Kelly E. Porte

Funeral Director

Kelly Porte joined the company in 2020, and has lived in the Greater New Orleans community for over 30 years. Kelly has a passion for helping grieving families at a difficult time and to serve the community with dignity and compassion.


Justin Bergeron

Sales Manager

Justin Bergeron was born and raised on the Westbank of New Orleans and graduated from Loyola University. He joined the company in 2021. Justin has been a sales manager for 15 years in different companies, and has worked in both large funeral service companies and small, family-owned services.  He enjoys putting families first while protecting them and their loved ones with pre-arrangements.


Glenn Mehrtens

Office Coordinator/Team Lead

Glenn Mehrtens was born and raised in Kenner, and joined the company in 2019. Glenn worked as a St. Tammany Parish police officer for over a decade before joining the Neptune Society team in 2019, serving the community in a new and different manner.


Shantell Sylve

Funeral Director Intern

Shantell Sylve was born and raised in Port Sulphur, LA, and joined the company in 2022. After her father passed, Shantell was inspired to become a funeral director so that she could help ensure that families receive the best possible care and compassion during such a difficult time in their lives.
