- Father’s name and state of birth

Our Team
Service Manager
Cheryl was born and raised in Baltimore, MD. She has been a Neptune family member since the Summer of 2017 when she moved to Las Vegas from Huntington Beach, CA. Prior to working for Neptune, she was a Family Law clerk for many years. She strives to make everyone that she comes in contact with feel as comfortable as possible while working with them. She treats all of the people she works with as if they were members of her own family. Cheryl works within the community as often as she can, volunteering at local rehabilitation centers, assisted living homes, and animal shelters. In her spare time, she loves to spend time with her two children, thrift shopping, watching true crime movies or documentaries, exploring the outdoors, and watching Baltimore Ravens football.
Funeral Arranger
Cecy Matus began her career in the funeral industry in 2018, with Dignity Memorial in her home town, Yuma, AZ. In 2019, Cecy transferred to Las Vegas, NV and started as office coordinator with our Neptune team. In January 2022, she was promoted to licensed funeral arranger. Cecy goes above and beyond for families, ensuring dependable and compassionate service at a time when it’s needed most.

Tiffany Eisom was born and raised in Denver, Colorado. With more than 20 years of experience in customer service, she finds joy in serving others.
Tiffany moved to Las Vegas with her two daughters in 2008. She joined the Neptune Society team in January 2022, and is excited to grow with the company.
Funeral Arranger
Tristan Howie grew up in a small town from Illinois, and moved to Las Vegas in July 2023. Tristan became interested in joining the funeral industry after losing his mother at a young age. It brings joy to him, knowing that he can be there for families through this process, and be able to provide the care that was given to him during that difficult time.
Sales Manager
Mike Fiscus first started with us in 2005 to help open the Neptune Society Las Vegas office, then went on to open the Reno office in 2006. He was asked by his good friend to come out to Vegas after he retired on the east coast. Since then he has enjoyed helping families preplan for their future. He holds a Nevada Trust License to serve families in both the Reno and Las Vegas locations.
Office Coordinator
Penny moved to Las Vegas from Illinois in 2020, where she was the office manager and bookkeeper for an alarm company. She joined Neptune Society Las Vegas in June 2022 as the office coordinator.
