Our Team
Service Manager/Funeral Director
Linda Newnum went to Mid-America College of Funeral Service, and became a licensed funeral director in 2010. She joined The Neptune Society in 2019, and now leads the Indianapolis location as the Service Manager/Funeral Director. She is passionate about serving her families and takes pride in providing peace of mind to individuals who wish to pre-plan with her.
Pre-Arrangement Advisor/Funeral Director
Dan Pollett grew up in Lafayette. He is a licensed funeral director who has managed multiple cemeteries and funeral homes, both independent and corporate-owned and -operated. Dan feels there is a real purpose in assisting people in their pre-arrangements, because it relieves family members of the burden of decisions when death occurs.
Office Coordinator
Jen Bilby was born and raised in South Bend, and has lived in the Indianapolis area for 23 years. She started with Neptune in Indianapolis February 2022 after working many years in healthcare administration, and is enjoying the challenge.
